The team at BIM Maker Studio is led by Magdalena Lancman and Florencia Merguerian, both of whom have considerable expertise coordinating and developing large-scale projects to a high quality. Magdalena and Florencia have known each other since 2007, when they met whilst studying at the National University of Córdoba (Argentina).
Both passionate about travel and architecture, their individual skills and experiences complement each other in a way that enables them to work as driven and committed business partners. Because of this synergy, they are able to guide their team in delivering clients’ visions to the highest standard, making them a useful addition to any architecture studio.
Magdalena Lancman
CEO & Founder
Magdalena is a professional architect with expert leadership skills in the development of technical files for projects of up to 1.3 million SF. She has several years of experience in applications for the production of technical documents and project details.
Magdalena’s skills include designing BIM strategies and creating efficient work plans for complex project teams. She has provided BIM coordination for various studies in both the U.S. and Australian markets, and has vast experience in workflow diagrams, quality control and project management.
Leadership is Magdalena’s forte, she has headed up work team management schemes for small, medium and large sized teams. Magdalena is multilingual and fluent in Spanish, Polish, German and English, helping her forge close working relationships with [Brand}’s global clients.
Florencia Merguerian
CEO & Founder
Florencia is an experienced Project Designer, trained in solving complex programs and large-scale projects. She has worked in both local and international studios, gaining extensive experience designing schools, sports centers and libraries. Florencia has completed successful bank projects for Santander, Itaú and Original, and has also been involved in projects for multinational companies, such as Unilever, Bayer, and Otis.
Florencia has experience working on small and large-scale architectural projects in roles of project management, design and graphic design. She studied at the National University of Córdoba FAUDI-UNC and in the FAU-USP Faculdade de Arquitetura in São Paulo. Following this, she completed her postgraduate studies in Geography, City and Architecture at Escola da Cidade, São Paulo.
Talented in design, Florencia has participated in numerous architecture competitions across the world. Alongside her role as CEO for BIM Maker Studio, she shares her skills with others whilst teaching architecture at UTN-FRC University.
