Schematic Design (SD)
This is the first phase of the design project. In the initial schematic design phase we determine the project’s requirements and goals. In order to do this, we start by performing site analysis, conducting programming charts and organising the project party as a whole.

In this phase, our team will produce a large amount of rough drawings and sketches in order to develop site plans and building elevations. Design Development (DD)

Construction Documents (CD)
The construction development phase is a hugely important part of architectural design, as it ensures that the designs invested in up until this stage get accurately executed. After the developed designs have been approved and signed off by the client, we swiftly move to this third stage, connecting the dots and coordinating the project development to be administered.
With construction development, our team combines the complete set of architectural drawings with produced structural drawings to provide general contractors with enough detail to build your project and help it come to fruition.
